April 6th 2025 is Brown Elementary School Day at The Railers! Our 4th Graders will sing the national anthem at the Worcester Railers game!
Sunday, April 6th at 3:05 PM, our Brown school 4th graders have been invited to sing the National Anthem to kick off the Worcester Railers hockey game at the Railers rink in Worcester! Come out to support your friends and watch the game with other Brown School families! After the game, stick around for an autograph signing session with Worcester Railer hockey players!
All those entering the rink need a ticket. Tickets are $29 ($3 from each ticket will go back to the Brown PTO!) and can be purchased here!
Singing is optional, but many 4th graders will choose to participate! 4th graders who want to sing but may need financial assistance purchasing tickets should please reach out to afrost@natickps.org or slittle@natickps.org for a confidential conversation.
ATTENTION 4th GRADE FAMILIES: Please fill out this Google Form by March 28th so Mr. Jodice can know how many 4th graders will be participating in this special event!

School-wide Author Visit: Maureen Harrington and Ivy, the French Bulldog
Ivy and her owner Maureen travel around New England providing enrichment assemblies for elementary schools. The book, Ivy the Very Determined Dog, is a true story about a dog Ivy, who uses a set of wheels to get around after becoming paralyzed in her back legs. Ivy inspires us all to never give up, to believe in ourselves, and embrace our individuality. And most importantly, to always “keep on rolling whatever you do, and never let anything get the better of you."
In advance of Ivy's visit, families have the opportunity to buy a discounted book signed by Maureen and Ivy. Keep an eye out for the order form in your child's red folders next week. Forms are due back December 19th.
